We\'re looking for a Catering Manager to lead our culinary operations and deliver top-tier service and cuisine for upmarket events and daily food service. π Location: Pretoria π Employment Type: Permanent π Start Date: 1st August 2025 πΌ Salary: R27k/month π Own transport required ________________________________________ π Key Requirements: β’ Minimum Grade 12 β’ 5+ yearsβ experience in a similar catering/hospitality role β’ Proven ability to run a kitchen, prepare and present high-quality meals β’ Skilled in food preparation, upmarket functions, and baking β’ Experience with menu development and event/function catering β’ Strong understanding of: o Costings, stock ordering, and inventory management o Health, Safety & Environmental (HSE) practices and implementation o HR-related matters, including team delegation and training β’ Excellent time management, organisation, and attention to detail β’ Able to perform under pressure with a hands-on, proactive approach β’ A positive, energetic, and bubbly attitude β’ Flexibility to work long hours, weekends, and shifts β’ Must be computer literate and have own vehicle ________________________________________ π What We Offer: β’ A dynamic and professional work environment β’ Opportunity to lead large teams and events ________________________________________ π© Ready to apply?
