• Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Production Manager / General Foreman on civil projects

Key Requirements:

• Proven track record in managing construction teams (pipelines, earthworks, roads, concrete works)
• Knowledge of construction methods (SANS 1200)
• Basic civil surveying and setting-out skills
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to train and mentor junior foremen and workers
• Valid driver’s license (Code EB+)
