5–8 years’ experience in waterproofing and concrete finishing

• Proven experience managing construction teams (pipelines, earthworks, roads, concrete works)
• Strong understanding of construction methods (SANS 1200)
• Ability to manage resources efficiently
• Reservoir construction experience will be an advantage
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Self-driven and results-oriented
• Valid driver’s license
