| Decription: | We have an Internal Sales Rep position available in the Midvaal area. 2 – 3 years’ internal sales work experience. Well-spoken, with excellent telephone etiquette. Total cost for the company is R15 000.00 and includes medical contributions and pension included in the package. Candidate reports to Sales Director. Non-commissioned base position. | General Requirements: | 1. Arrange / check customer account / credit 2. Check stock items on Syspro 3. Answer all sales related calls 4. Follow up calls to customers 5. Prepare standard quotations / proposals 6. Receive customer orders 7. Ensure processing of orders on Syspro 8. Compile monthly sales forecasts 30/60/90 days 9. Compile annual sales budgets 10. Maintain outstanding quotes list 11. Prepare and compile sales packs 12. Ensure compliance to Service Level Agreements 13. Ensure compliance to company procedures (ISO) 14. Update the Activity Report on excel on a weekly basis, ensuring accurate information for the sales meetings 15. Actively engage in Telesales 16. Accountability and Stats to be completed and submitted to Sales Manager before COB on Fridays 17. Attend all sales related meetings 18. Maintain and control own filing system 19. Receive, copy, and distribute emails 20. General typing duties i.e., emails, memo’s etc. 21. Produce various reports – as required 22. Control and order sales literature 23.
