Do you have a strong background in production planning, quality control, and GMP compliance? If so, we invite you to apply for our Operations Manager position. πΉ About the Role As the Operations Manager, you will oversee the entire manufacturing and packing process, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and quality at every stage. Your leadership will be key in optimising production, managing teams, maintaining regulatory compliance, and driving operational excellence in a fast-paced environment. πΉ Key Responsibilities β Oversee manufacturing & packaging to ensure compliance with GMP & regulatory standards β Plan production schedules based on sales orders & demand forecasting β Optimise processes, introduce new products, and conduct validation batches β Audit and sign off on batch manufacturing records (BMRs) and packing sheets β Manage and train a high-performing production team β Ensure safety, cleanliness, and adherence to PPE guidelines β Collaborate with cross-functional teams including QA, Engineering, and Regulatory β Lead facility and equipment upgrade projects |
