| General Requirements: | • A degree in Industrial Psychology or LLB (Labour Law focus). • 5+ years’ experience in recruitment, training, and HR compliance. • In-depth understanding of: • Labour Relations Act • Employment Equity Act • Skills Development Act • Strong administrative and IT skills. • A valid code 08 driver’s license and willingness to travel nationally. |
