| Decription: | The position of a hands on and experienced Production Manager are available at our client situated in Paarl in the beautiful Boland. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: • Tertiary qualification or equivalent 5 years’ experience as Production Manager in a Manufacturing environment. • Knowledge of Pharmaceutical manufacturing background will be advantageous. • Project and people management experience. • Experience on senior management level. • Excellent management, analytical and problem-solving skills will be required. DESIRED EXPERIENCE: • Experienced with various manufacturing methods and the ability to improve production. • Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks. • Ensure that the company produces finished products to the required standard and meets the demands of the production schedule. • Understanding the principles of profitable decision making • Ability to manage multiple and varied tasks with enthusiasm and prioritizing of workload with attention to detail. • Updating of Departmental SOP’s and staff training. • A flexible attitude with respect to work assignments and new learning. • Self-motivated with a willingness to accept responsibility and challenges and able to work under pressure.
