| Decription: | Our client is looking for an energetic and vibrant Project Manager to manage a Private School in Gauteng. You will be required to take overall responsibility for the management of the operation. Minimum requirements: • Tertiary qualification in Hospitality sector • 5+ years’ experience in a similar role as a Project Manager • Excellent knowledge of budgets, cost control measures, stock and stock control • Chef background with good culinary flair • Ability and knowledge to assist with menu development and function design • Foster and maintain healthy client relationships • Strong administrative and organisationals skills • Experience in managing small and large functions • Good knowledge of OHSE requirements • Experience with managing large number of staff in a team • Confident in HR related matters, staff training and upskilling • Strong leader with excellent work ethic • Work well under pressure If you meet all the above requirements and would like to apply, please email your updated CV in Word format, along with a copy of your ID, Qualifications, reference letters or contactable referees and a profile picture of yourself to cvs4belinda@therecruiters.co.za |
