The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, driving sales performance, and overseeing the day-to-day operations of the showroom. Key Responsibilities: Achieve sales targets and ensure customer satisfaction through outstanding service Manage and motivate showroom staff to meet performance goals Maintain showroom standards and operational efficiency Implement merchandising and display standards aligned with the brand vision Build strong customer relationships in both the retail and trade sectors Oversee administrative functions including stock control and reporting |

| General Requirements: | National Senior Certificate (Matric) Tertiary qualification in a relevant field (preferred) Minimum 5 years’ sales experience in retail or wholesale Minimum 2 years’ experience managing a team Candidate Profile The ideal candidate will: Have a passion for interiors, design, or décor Be confident, professional, and highly motivated Possess strong leadership and staff management skills Be sales-driven with a proactive, can-do attitude Demonstrate excellent organizational and administrative abilities Thrive in a customer-centric, target-driven environment If you\'re a driven individual with a flair for retail and leadership, this is an excellent opportunity to join a respected brand in a stylish, customer-focused setting.
